1) Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via our online store nabrol.com (“Store”).

Our offers are directed to consumers and businesses. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3) Products and Important Notes (Food Supplements)

Our products are food supplements. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

We do not provide medical advice. Product descriptions and content in the Store are for informational purposes only.

4) Contract Formation

Product listings in the Store are invitations to place an order. By clicking the order button (“Buy now” or similar), you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.

We confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed when we accept the order by shipping confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

5) Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are shown in EUR (€). Any applicable taxes and charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

6) Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Currently, we support the following methods (depending on availability at checkout):

Payment is due immediately unless stated otherwise.

7) Delivery, Shipping, and Order Splitting

We currently ship only to Germany.

Estimated delivery time to Germany: 6–8 working days (non-binding estimate). Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or operational constraints.

To fulfil orders efficiently, we may use fulfilment partners and carriers. Products may ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels.

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to accept delivery, you may be responsible for additional costs (e.g., re-shipping).

8) Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

For businesses, the risk passes when we hand the goods to the carrier.

9) Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


10) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

10.1 Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). Contact:

10.2 Return Shipping Address

Because we use fulfilment partners and may ship from different warehouses, the return address may differ from the registered address.

After you submit your withdrawal request, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions without undue delay.

10.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.

Return shipping costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11) Voluntary Refunds / Goodwill Policy (Testing Phase)

In individual cases, we may offer refunds as a gesture of goodwill, including refunds where we do not require the product to be returned. Such goodwill actions do not limit or replace statutory rights and do not create a permanent entitlement to future refunds without return.

To process a refund request, we may request basic information (e.g., order number and, if relevant, photos of damaged items).


12) Statutory Warranty (Defects)

Consumers have statutory warranty rights under applicable law. If goods are defective, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination as provided by law.


13) Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We are not liable for indirect damages and loss of profit, except where liability is mandatory by law.


14) Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes rights.

16) Consumer Dispute Resolution (VSBG)

We are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


17) Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected.


18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
